A Day in the Life

As a key member of the EurAsia Central FP&A team, the Sr Finance Program Manager will partner across EurAsia to drive financial excellence, working capital optimization, and organizational capability development. Working closely with Regional and Country Finance teams, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and Demand Planning functions, this role provides actionable insights, strengthens financial governance, improves forecast accuracy, and supports strategic decision-making.

• The position requires strong analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership to drive sustainable improvements in operating performance, inventory health, working capital efficiency, and cost management. The individual will play a leading role in OPC and SOGL management, EurAsia IDD planning and reporting, finance transformation initiatives, and the advancement of AI-enabled ways of working across the Finance organization.
• Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• •Lead OPC, SOGL, and working capital performance management.
• •Own EurAsia IDD planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• •Deliver financial analysis, business insights, and executive reporting.
• •Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to leadership.
• •Partner across regions and functions to drive financial and operational improvements.
• •Lead inventory, cash flow, and accounts receivable performance initiatives.
• •Drive finance capability-building, governance, and best-practice sharing.
• •Support finance transformation, AI, automation, and strategic projects.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics and 8+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Inventory, or Cost Management experience.
• •Experience influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• •Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering experience.
• •Experience developing executive reporting and decision-support analysis.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •MBA, Master's degree, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• •Experience with finance transformation, automation, AI, or advanced analytics.
• •Power BI and data visualization expertise.
• •Experience in a multinational matrix organization.
• •Experience leading capability-building or organizational development initiatives.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
