What this job involves:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our LATAM PDS team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering financial clarity and strategic insights across the region. In this position, you'll prepare comprehensive financial reports, conduct in-depth variance analysis, and support critical budgeting and forecasting processes that drive business decisions. What your day-to-day will look like:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all deliverables

Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and providing explanatory commentary to leadership

Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by gathering information from business units, validating assumptions, and consolidating financial plans

Assist in month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Analyze profitability by service line or project, identifying areas for margin improvement and cost optimization

Act as a financial business partner to PDS leadership and regional stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive decision-making

Partner with Controllership and Finance Operations teams to support balance sheet reconciliations, revenue accuracy, and pipeline reporting

Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

High degree of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics

Excellent attention to detail with commitment to accuracy in all work products

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency

Preferred qualifications:

Portuguese language proficiency

Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle systems

Experience with Power BI

Demonstrated ability to develop efficient processes, including automation and simplification, while preserving data integrity
