This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer - AI Voice and Communications Platform based in Canada.
- This is a fully remote opportunity to build a new AI-powered voice and communications management platform from the ground up.
- You will take meaningful ownership across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and long-term technical direction.
- The platform will enable operators to configure, test, monitor, and evaluate AI voice agents and their performance.
- You will design a provider-neutral architecture, starting with ElevenLabs while enabling future conversational AI integrations.
- The role also involves deep integration with communications infrastructure to support call handling, routing, and platform events.
- You will build reliable operator tools and workflows that connect AI agents with business systems and human escalation paths.
- This is a hands-on environment suited to a senior engineer who enjoys greenfield development, autonomy, and solving complex technical problems.
