Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

This is a ground-floor engineering opportunity at a Series B fintech SaaS company building an AI-native platform that helps finance teams modernize planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teammates to deliver high-impact features across multiple product engineering teams.

What You'll Do

Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.

Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.

Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.

Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team and culture.

Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.

Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

Solid experience building frontends with React; balanced full-stack or strongly frontend-focused background preferred.

Experience using MongoDB as an application database.

Experience with BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets.

Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Interest in AI-focused product work within a fast-moving, distributed team.

Proven ability to work remotely from the Americas and collaborate effectively across time zones.

Strong collaboration skills working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Fully remote. Open to candidates based in Canada or the United States.
