Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Global Campaigns Manager to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that build pipeline, grow revenue and strengthen our brand internationally.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You’ll translate company and growth priorities into focused campaign plans, coordinate teams across the business, and continuously improve performance using data and customer insight.
You’ll own campaigns from initial brief through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis—not simply manage a calendar of activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with acquisition, conversion, retention, pipeline, revenue, and brand objectives.
Own campaigns from brief to delivery, including audience definition, insight development, briefing, planning, execution, optimization, and measurement.
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, social, web, events, partnerships, and sales enablement—including account-based marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with all Go-To-Market teams.
Turn customer insights, market trends, and commercial priorities into clear propositions and campaign messaging.
Define campaign goals, audiences, channel roles, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and measurement plans before launch.
Partner with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Write clear, effective briefs and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make timely decisions about targeting, creative, channels, and investment.
Build testing into campaigns so we learn what works and apply those lessons to future activity.
Produce clear performance reports that connect campaign activity to business outcomes and recommend next actions.
Manage agency and external partner relationships where required.
Technical Skills/Competencies
At least 5 years’ experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in a growth-focused environment.
A strong record of delivering campaigns that have contributed to pipeline, revenue acquisition, conversion, or retention.
Strong commercial acumen: you think in terms of revenue, pipeline, and ROI, can build a business case, and prioritize work based on what will move the number most.
Experience managing complex campaigns across multiple audiences, channels, markets, or product lines.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence coordinating senior and cross-functional partners.
Strong analytical skills and experience using performance data to make decisions.
A solid understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, testing, attribution, and marketing funnels.
The initiative to spot opportunities and act on them, alongside the judgement to involve others and bring people with you.
Soft Skills/ Nice to Have
Experience in the technology industry.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Qualified, and Asana.
Experience coaching or mentoring other marketers.
