We are looking for a passionate and devoted Graphic Designer (f/m/d) who’s motivated to push their own boundaries to join our Regional Europe Team in our incredible foodora Hub in Prague. Working in a team of graphic, motion, and product designers, you’ll be exchanging ideas and developing concepts for our regional brand.

 

Your mission:

• •You support the creative leads in the delivery of a number of global design projects.
• •You work as part of a multi-talented creative team to explore briefs and generate ideas.
• •You have solid experience designing for brand and marketing, with a strong portfolio and references to show for it.
• •You are a strategic and creative thinker, and you understand how to make an impact.
• •You are able to present and rationalize work, build strong relationships and good communication with all internal stakeholders and local markets.
• •You are able to work with brand and content strategists, campaign managers and marketing professionals and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders to create structured work.
• •You are an excellent communicator, who not just effectively presents their solution, but also builds trustful relationships with everyone you work with, by asking the right questions and making sure everyone has a clear understanding of the things you work together on.
• •You are able to prioritize projects and proactively manage and communicate your own and team time, deadlines and deliverables.
• •You have the experience and are able to use research insights and performance data to propose design solutions and the ability to understand business priorities. 
• •You are an ambassador for design culture and creative work and actively contribute to team culture and process.

Your heroic skills:

• •You have 8+ years of experience as a designer/art director at a branding agency, studio or in-house brand team.
• •You have an Interest in mentoring more junior designers to help elevate their work, as well as coaching and working with our local design teams to share knowledge and best practices.
• •You are strong at conceptual thinking, able to analyse design problems, work out and deliver fresh solutions.
• •You have strong organisational skills, most importantly file management and methodical workflow.
• •You have broad awareness of branding, design and technology trends.
• •You have excellent typography and layout skills.
• •You are proficient in Adobe package & Figma. Any motion graphics, photography, web design or prototyping skills are a plus. Previous experience with Asana for task planning is also a plus.
• •You have excellent language skills and speak English fluently.
• •You thrive when working with tight deadlines
