A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

• •Act as a reference expert in one or more GRC areas.
• •Conduct or supervise complex risk analyses.
• •Lead initiatives that require the collaboration of multiple teams.
• •Develop and improve the methods, processes, tools, standards and practices of your field.
• •Produce recommendations based on risks, compliance requirements and business objectives.
• •Supporting stakeholders in the resolution of complex issues.
• •Contribute to the definition and evolution of GRC programs.
• •Support the preparation and execution of audits, evaluations and assurance exercises.
• •Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the increase of GRC maturity.
• •Coaching, advising and supporting less experienced RCMP Advisors.
• •Act as the lead on complex files or initiatives, without necessarily owning the entire program.
• •Contribute to the development of indicators, measures and monitoring mechanisms in his/her field.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• •Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• •Significant experience in one or more GRC areas.
• •Demonstrated experience in managing complex files.
• •Ability to work with business, technology and cybersecurity teams.
• •Good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, standards and practices applicable to the area of expertise.
• •Experience in complex technology environments.
