Senior HR Business Partner

• This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic HR partner supporting business growth, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• You will work closely with leaders and managers to shape people strategies across talent, performance, compensation, development, and employee relations.
• The position combines strategic planning with hands-on HR leadership, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• You will help strengthen organizational culture while coaching leaders and supporting employees through complex workplace matters.
• The role also involves HR compliance, systems, policy development, and collaboration with Total Rewards and enterprise HR teams.
• Success will require strong business judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to turn people priorities into practical business outcomes.
• This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the St. Louis, Missouri office and two days remotely, as business needs allow.
