About the role
Own end-to-end payroll, compensation, and global relocation, ensuring compliant, accurate, and on-time execution across multiple countries. Primary focus on payroll for employees in multiple countries under limited timelines, plus global relocation case management in partnership with HQ and regional teams.
Key responsibilities
Multi-country payroll execution: Coordinate and verify salary, bonuses, taxes, and statutory deductions; close payroll accurately within limited cutoffs and country-specific calendars; reconcile variances and ensure audit readiness.

Incentive administration: Calculate and validate incentives, track performance metrics, and ensure timely, error-free payouts; communicate clearly with employees on C&B and incentive queries.
Global relocation: Coordinate end-to-end international moves, aligning policy, timelines, and documentation for smooth transitions.
Vendor management: Lead payroll vendors—set SLAs, monitor case quality, manage invoicing, and drive continuous improvement.
Process efficiency: Standardize workflows, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and leverage HRIS/automation to improve accuracy, cycle time, and scalability.
Risk and ethics: Apply sound judgment to surface risks early and protect company values and assets.
Qualifications

Fluent English; detail-focused problem solver able to deliver under compressed timelines across time zones.
Strong quantitative skills; comfortable with HRIS/data and process optimization.
Plus: Experience in global/multinational environments and incentive plan design/calculation.
