Role overview
We're looking for a proactive, ownership-minded communicator to help shape how CarGurus keeps its employees informed, connected, and inspired. As you grow into the role, you'll take on increasing ownership of enterprise-wide programs and deeper strategic partnerships across the business.
You're someone who can move between big-picture thinking and sharp writing without missing a beat, equally comfortable supporting a senior leader on a key message and polishing the final draft of a company-wide email. You'll partner closely with People & Talent functions and business leaders across the organization to ensure our internal communications reflect who we are as a company and fuel the alignment, engagement, and culture that make CarGurus a place where people love to work.
