Role- Senior IT Executive - Logistics/Warehouse

Responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• •Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• •Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.

Infrastructure Management:

• •Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc
• •Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
• •Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
• •Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• •Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
• •Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals.
• •Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.

Mush Have

• •Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• •> 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience
• •Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity
• •Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• •Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment
• •Willingness to travel and provide on-call support

Good-to-Have

• •Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation
• •Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment
• •Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge
• •Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience
• •Project coordination experience
