Position Responsibilities

• •Own procurement strategy for IT hardware, software and services, aligning sourcing decisions with business goals.
• •Lead vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract optimization and performance management.
• •Analyze technology spend and market trends, leveraging reporting and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy and drive cost savings.
• •Oversee and continuously improve procurement processes, including purchase order workflows, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• •Partner with IT and business leaders across North America to align purchasing priorities and influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field.
• •5+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.
• •Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• •Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
