Senior IT Systems Administrator – Client / Endpoint / End User Compute

Invenergy follows a hybrid schedule, working in office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays if work permits.

Job Description

• Required Qualifications
• •5–10+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
• •Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
• •Strong understanding of identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access).
• •Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
• •Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
• •Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• •Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
• •Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• •Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Preferred Qualifications
• •Experience with modern device management and zero touch deployment strategies.
• •Background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
• •PowerShell scripting for automation.
• •Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
• •Experience coaching or mentoring team members.

Base Pay

• $118,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD Annual
• Bonus: 20% - 30%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
