We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and administer legal and transactional documents

Provide legal advice and support on legal matters

Manage legal proceedings, litigation, and business transactions

Analyze and identify legal risks and implications, and recommend solutions

Conduct legal research and analysis

Handle ad hoc assignments

Keep management informed of new laws and regulations that may affect the company

Main Requirements

Experience in the aviation industry

A degree in Law and at least five years of experience in commercial law

Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements is an advantage

Experience in conflict resolution

Excellent spoken and written English . Estonian or Lithuanian is an advantage.

A strong sense of ownership

Strong relationship-building skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
