$63,086.40 - $80,558.40 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

This position supports our institutional Clinical Research Professional Onboarding and Research Education (CORE) Program as part of Cincinnati Children's Research Foundation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Training and Facilitation- Provides training or facilitation services to a variety of audiences, while monitoring training effectiveness for end users. Develops and delivers content through consultation with clients and stakeholders to ensure the material is relevant and timely. Ensures knowledge is gained in a way that supports improvements of end users.
• •Program Development- Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials for multiple topics and departments. Leads the effort for updating programs/materials and for new course requirements.
• •Collaboration- Collaborates, consults and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and instructional design.
• •Project Management- Manages multiple projects, defines key deliverables, coordinates and manages to deadlines. Ensures actions are performed and/or implemented to achieve the desired results.
• •User Support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements. Recognizes issues and trends and develops collaborative approaches to adjust priorities and resolve problems as they arise.

Facilitates training for multiple disciplines and user groups, develops moderate complexity instructor led courses, and serves as consultant for managers, leaders and learners.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• •Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• •2+ years of work experience in a related field
