About this role

Join our Central Legal team as a trusted advisor shaping our global platform work strategy . You will lead legal policy on courier and workforce models, deliver expert guidance across complex regulatory landscapes, and care for our community by supporting responsible governance . Partnering with Human Resources (HR), Operations, and Public Affairs, you will drive legal clarity and align key stakeholders across our international markets .

These are some of the key components to the position:

• •Lead central legal support on platform work regulations and labour policy across all Just Eat Takeaway.com (JET) markets .
• •Advise Legal, HR, Operations, and Public Affairs on regulatory requirements, litigation risks, and implementation strategies .
• •Translate regulatory changes into strategic legal positions, governance guardrails, and practical local guidance .
• •Support responses to high-profile disputes, regulatory consultations, investigations, and enforcement activities .
• •Collaborate with Public Affairs on external engagement, policy advocacy, and legal alignment across markets .
• •Monitor regulatory and judicial developments to provide actionable recommendations on risk management and prioritization .

What will you bring to the team?

• •Full legal qualification with expertise in labour law, platform work regulation, or related regulatory fields .
• •Deep knowledge of workforce classification, labour policy, and platform operating models .
• •Strong capability to advise leadership on complex, high-impact legal and operational issues .
• •Proven track record translating legal changes into governance frameworks, playbooks, and actionable policies .
• •Excellent stakeholder management skills to partner effectively across Legal, HR, Operations, and Public Affairs teams .
• •Experience supporting regulatory engagements or public consultations in a dynamic environment .
