Senior Liability Claims Specialist

This remote role manages mid-to-complex Auto and General Liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage. The position handles both litigated and non-litigated files while working within delegated authority and established claims practices. The specialist investigates claims, evaluates coverage and compensability, and determines appropriate reserves and payments. The role involves regular communication with customers, claimants, and clients to keep stakeholders informed throughout the claims process. It also requires collaboration with colleagues on complex or challenging files and participation in claims reviews when needed.
