Understanding Digital Partner Requirements: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp digital

partners’ needs and work on customer-centric API development.

? Digital Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process through seamless API integra?on.

? Compe?tor Benchmarking: Analyze customer journeys on compe??ve pla?orms and implement

best prac?ces for enhancing user experience.

? Process Documenta?on: Prepare and share standard opera?ng procedures (SOPs) with internal

teams for process alignment for the program.

? Requirement Documenta?on: Document partner requirements and create change requests (CRs) for

technical development for new product into exis?ng systems.

? UAT and Integra?on: Push for system integra?on, launch User Acceptance Tes?ng (UAT), and ensure

tes?ng within the defined ?melines (TAT).

? Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with internal teams to align on project prerequisites and share detailed insights into

partners’ requirements.

- Provide end-to-end support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business

opera?ons.

? Process Management:

- Iden?fy, design, and implement necessary workflows and processes to ensure smooth customer

journeys.

- Coordinate approvals with underwri?ng, opera?ons, and other internal stakeholders for prod-uct launches.

? Gap Analysis:

- Address and resolve any escalated by partner issues in a ?mely manner

- Iden?fy and address process gaps during product launch and ensure ?mely resolu?on within

TAT.

- Innovate and develop new processes and systems aimed at automa?on and the digi?za?on of

business opera?ons.

? Business Priori?za?on: Maintain a balanced approach to priori?ze business needs efficiently.

? Repor?ng & MIS: Generate reports and track business parameters to ensure performance visibility.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate technical and business landscapes while driving

efficient integra?on processes and customer-centric solu?ons.

Key Requirements – Educa?on & Cer?ficates

? MBA from a premier ins?tute like JB or NMIMS

? Engineer from a reputed ins?tute

? Experience in consumer business like Telecom, Fintech & ecom startups

? Experience in Project management will be preferred.

? Work experience of 3-5 years (if you have sales experience that’s an add on)
