• Position Summary
• We are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to lead our analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role blends hands-on analytical leadership with people management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy, operations, and performance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable partnering with senior executives on strategic questions and rolling up their sleeves to guide their team through technical problem-solving.

• •Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product) to identify business questions and translate them into analytical projects
• •Design and oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decisions across the business
• •Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability
• •Conduct and review advanced analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis) to uncover insights and opportunities
• •Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and metrics
• •Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant manner
• •Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to improve data infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling
• •Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
• •Stay current on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices, and champion their adoption where relevant

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• •7+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field, including 2+ years in a people management or team lead role
• •Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• •Strong understanding of statistical methods and their business applications
• •Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• •Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• •Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline
• •Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
• •Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• •Experience building or scaling an analytics function

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

• $82,940.00 - $182,549.00
• This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
