Senior Manager, IT Applications

• This role leads the management and evolution of an enterprise application portfolio supporting both business operations and regulated activities.
• You will oversee critical GxP and clinical systems alongside core enterprise platforms, ensuring reliability, compliance, and strong user experiences.
• Working closely with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and HR teams, you will translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• The position combines hands-on systems leadership with application governance, vendor management, team development, and project delivery.
• You will play a key role in implementations, upgrades, integrations, validation, and continuous improvement across the application landscape.
