Comfortable owning complex operational processes independently
You will
Own the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs

Serve as one of the key People Team points of contact for payroll, partnering closely with the Payroll team
Lead cross-functional HR project initiatives, such as HRIS enhancements and process redesigns
Administer and maintain the HRIS as the system of record for employee data, benefits, leaves, and contracts
Manage relationships and service levels with external vendors, including benefits carriers
Champion Anthem's culture in everything you do, in the spirit of The Anthem Way
You have
7+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including benefits, leaves of absence, and exposure to payroll processes
Experience with HRIS systems required; BambooHR experience is an asset
HR project management experience, with a track record of leading process or systems initiatives
Strong knowledge of employment standards, benefits regulations, and payroll compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of discretion with confidential information
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
We have

Unlimited career growth opportunities

Corporate Giving Strategy supporting community development
Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses
A robust Benefit Plan and Employee Assistance Program
