If you've built and scaled high-performing solution engineering teams in the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) domain, and you're energized by leading at the intersection of AI, technical selling, compliance, and customer experience, this is your moment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to the Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering, Americas
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of solution engineers, building a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and customer obsession
Drive scalable pre-sales motions across a high-volume FSI segment, developing repeatable methodologies and best practices that enable the team to perform consistently across diverse industries
Recruit, hire, and onboard top solution engineering talent, with a deliberate focus on candidates who combine technical depth with exceptional communication and storytelling ability
Partner closely with RVP’s of Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success to align on pipeline strategy, account coverage, and customer outcomes
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface commercial customer feedback, advocate for roadmap priorities, and ensure timely resolution of feature requests and support escalations
Work cross-functionally with Professional Services to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to implementation and value realization
Define and manage team KPIs, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics; use data to continuously optimize team effectiveness
Participate actively in forecast calls, providing visibility into technical deal status, surfacing risks early, and partnering with Sales to develop mitigation strategies
Develop trust with client leadership to remove roadblocks, navigate escalations, and ensure long-term customer success and loyalty
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales, with at least 3–5+ years in people management leading teams
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance (FSI), with proven success navigating complex enterprise deals, procurement cycles, and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOC 2, FINRA, HIPAA)
Hands-on experience with AI-powered SaaS solutions; familiarity with how AI is applied in customer experience, contact center, or adjacent domains is a strong plus
Proven ability to lead and develop teams at scale, with a track record of building high-performing cultures and repeatable sales engineering processes
Strong technical acumen; able to engage credibly with technical buyers and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences at all levels
Experience in the Contact Center, CCaaS, or CX technology space preferred
A true consulting mindset: you ask great questions, listen deeply, and prioritize the customer's outcomes over a quick close
Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable navigating C-level conversations and managing escalations with composure
Cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Passion for coaching others and a genuine interest in helping customers solve hard problems with innovative technology
Pay Range (OTE Pay) : $220,000 - $330,000
Other Types of Pay : Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
