Overview

The Product Development organization within SharkNinja drives our global product roadmap from concept to shelf through the constant lens of the consumer. We are the “Product CEOs” and partner cross-functionally with almost every other team within the company to drive high satisfaction for our end user and to drive business results. We are comprised of individuals from a variety of professional and educational backgrounds, from product marketing managers to consumer-focused engineers – but we all have one thing in common: we’re consistently striving to deliver a 5-star experience for every customer on every product we bring to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams across the organization to evaluate, manage, and execute new opportunities.

Product Performance

Partner with product owners to understand their product strategy, roadmaps, and capital requirements

Identify opportunities and trade-offs across programs and present strategic recommendations to the PD Leadership Team

Build, manage, and optimize product financials, including across geographies and channels

Manage and report key program metrics including NPV, CLV, etc.

Conduct strategic analyses on product and program metrics to maximize ROI

Product Budgeting

Manage capital for strategic programs, including budgets, actuals, and forecasts

Partner with FP&A on monthly and quarterly reporting and reconciliation

Prepare and present org-wide financial reports to the PD Leadership Team

Identify opportunities to streamline financial management processes

Support broader PD financial budgeting and management

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, excels at both data and financial analyses, and collaborates effectively at all levels to execute strategic priorities across the organization. You’ll likely be:

8+ years of experience in consumer product commercialization and financial planning

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus on business administration, commerce, mathematics or relevant field of study

Recognized for your demonstrated ability to manage financial models, identify opportunities and trade-offs, and present strategic recommendations

Known for your talent in working cross-functionally to bring people together, gain internal buy-in, drive decisions, and deliver results

A persuasive advisor, who listens, learns, and can articulate a compelling story in a clear and simple manner

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident using Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range

$105,000 — $152,000 USD
