• This role serves as the in-house technical expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, combining platform administration with strategic marketing technology enablement.
• You’ll own platform configuration, governance, integrations, data pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives that support large-scale audience engagement.
• The position bridges technical and business teams, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.
• You’ll work closely with development, IT, security, and marketing teams in an agile environment where your expertise helps shape the platform roadmap.
• The role offers hands-on ownership of complex integrations involving CRM, data warehouse, web, and marketing systems.
• You’ll also contribute to platform security, documentation, release management, and operational best practices.
• This is a remote U.S. opportunity with occasional travel for in-person team gatherings.
