Senior Payroll Analyst, Bilingual

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst, Bilingual based in Canada.

• This is a 12-month contract opportunity supporting Canadian payroll operations during a leave coverage period.
• The role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant multi-provincial payroll delivery.
• You will work across complex payroll activities, including reconciliations, statutory remittances, year-end reporting, and issue resolution.
• The position also offers an opportunity to contribute to Workday Payroll enhancements, testing, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Tax, Treasury, HRIS, external partners, and auditors across a highly cross-functional environment.
• As a senior payroll professional, you will also provide technical guidance to colleagues and help strengthen controls, documentation, and efficiency.
• Strong Canadian payroll expertise, bilingual communication skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail are essential for success.
