Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior PCB Layout Engineer located in Kallang, Singapore .

What a typical day looks like:

• •Working at the Research and Development Department and involved in the design, development, evaluation andmodification of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for Power Supplies of different wattage and application.
• •Doing PCB Layout of high power applications using PADS software.
• •Performs librarian functions such as PCB andSchematic symbol part creation conforming to Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• •Responsible in creating andmaintaining GERBER FILES and PCB Specs for all layers of the PCB and PCB Filmsfor PCB Fabrication.
• •Cross-functional work withElectrical design, Mechanical design, Test engineering, Safety,factory/manufacturing and other departments to ensure Design for Manufacturing

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Bachelor or Master degree in Power Electrical or related electrical/automation
• •4 years design experience in PCB Layout design for power supply (Telecom, Server, OBC ...).
• •Experienced in PCB layout using PADS software.
• •Well experience in PCB assembly for more optimize and cost effective design. Knowledge in critical layout issues, EMI performance, manufacturability considerations and Safety standards.
• •Self-motivated, passionate work, good teamwork.
