• Project Information:
• CoastalTraX, comprising ACCIONA, Georgiou, Mott MacDonald, Aurecon and DT Infrastructure, is delivering the design and preconstruction phase of The Wave Stage 1 Greenfield works: 19 kilometres of new dual-track passenger rail between Beerwah and Caloundra, including two new stations and around seven kilometres of elevated viaduct.

• About the Opportunity:
• Reporting to the Planning Lead, you will develop and maintain the project schedule in Primavera P6, integrating design, procurement and construction interfaces across a complex, multi-partner rail program. You will monitor progress, identify schedule risk and produce clear reporting to support project decision making. This is a chance to apply your planning expertise on a project that will shape Sunshine Coast connectivity for decades, with genuine exposure to a large-scale, multi-disciplinary delivery environment.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

• •Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule in Primavera P6
• •Integrate design, procurement and construction interfaces into the program
• •Monitor progress and identify schedule risks early
• •Produce progress reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
• •Support critical path analysis and recovery planning
• •Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams on sequencing

Required Skills and Competencies

. What capability and experience will you need to have:

• •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including multi-discipline schedule integration
• •Proven experience planning major civil, rail or infrastructure projects
• •Tertiary qualification in Engineering highly desirable
• •Experience producing schedule reporting and forecasts for project stakeholders
• •Experience working within joint venture delivery structures
