The Opportunity

We are continuously seeking exceptional Platform Engineers across India to help build and scale the foundational platforms that empower our engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing products at scale.

While we may not have an immediate opening today, this dedicated Platform Engineering Talent Pool enables us to engage with talented engineers early and connect them with future opportunities aligned to their expertise and career aspirations.

What You'll Do (When You Join Us)

As a Platform Engineer , you'll design, build, and operate the platforms, tooling, and automation capabilities that power modern software delivery across the organisation.

Build & Evolve Platforms

• •Design and develop scalable, self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity and accelerate software delivery.
• •Build and maintain cloud-native platform solutions leveraging containerisation, orchestration, infrastructure automation, and platform services.
• •Create reusable engineering standards, frameworks, and deployment patterns that enable consistency across teams.

Automate & Optimise

• •Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using modern automation tools and practices.
• •Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, release, and deployment processes.
• •Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation and observability.
• •Drive standardisation through platform engineering best practices, policy automation, and governance frameworks.

Enable Engineering Excellence

• •Partner with Software Engineers, Architects, SREs, Security teams, and Product teams to build reliable engineering platforms.
• •Improve developer experience through self-service tools, internal developer platforms, and engineering productivity initiatives.
• •Participate in platform design reviews, architecture discussions, incident reviews, and continuous improvement activities.

Operate & Support

• •Monitor platform health, availability, and performance across cloud and on-premises environments.
• •Contribute to operational excellence through logging, monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and resilience engineering practices.
• •Support incident management, root cause analysis, and service reliability initiatives.

Mentor & Share

• •Guide engineers on platform capabilities, automation practices, cloud adoption, and DevOps methodologies.
• •Contribute to engineering communities, internal tech forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
