Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex children's social work cases

Complete assessments, planning and interventions to safeguard children

Support and mentor less experienced social workers

Work alongside managers to drive high-quality practice across the team

For This Role You Will Need

Social Work qualification and SWE registration

Successful completion of ASYE

Experience within statutory Children's Services

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
