Senior Process Improvement Specialist

• This role leads enterprise-wide process improvement and automation initiatives designed to strengthen financial and operational performance across the project lifecycle.
• You will identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational scalability.
• Working across business, finance, operations, and technology teams, you will help redesign processes and establish sustainable standards and best practices.
• The position also plays a key role in integrating engineering projects following acquisitions and supporting ERP and technology enhancements.
• You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, lead change initiatives, and help stakeholders adopt improved processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Success in this role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• This is a full-time remote position with core business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
