Senior Product Designer, Capital Advances

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Capital Advances based in Canada.

• This role offers the opportunity to shape complex financial products that directly affect merchants and internal operations teams.
• You’ll design experiences spanning the full capital-advance lifecycle, from application and underwriting through issuance and repayment.
• The work combines sophisticated internal workflows with high-impact merchant-facing experiences.
• You’ll turn manual, complex processes into intuitive, efficient, and increasingly automated systems.
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and other partners, you’ll help define product direction through iterative design.
• AI will be an important part of your design practice, from research synthesis and rapid prototyping to shaping production experiences.
• You’ll have meaningful autonomy while contributing to a collaborative environment focused on design quality, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact.
