Senior Product Designer (Growth)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Growth) based in Germany.

• Join a lean, fast-moving product team where design has a direct influence on customer experiences and business growth.
• Own product design work across the Growth stream, from early problem framing through build-ready delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Turn complex customer journeys into clear, intuitive, and implementation-ready experiences with minimal rework.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve ambiguity early and make thoughtful trade-offs between quality and speed.
• Use research, behavioural data, experimentation, and customer evidence to inform design decisions rather than relying on assumptions.
• Contribute to a growing Design System while exploring practical ways to use AI to improve design workflows.
• Design within a regulated environment where customer comprehension, clarity, and fair treatment are central to the experience.
