About Climatiq
If you’re looking for a role that has an impact on the world, and not just a balance sheet, Climatiq is the place for you.
We're a fast-growing startup embedding carbon intelligence into business decisions worldwide. Our platform—combining the world's leading emissions database with sophisticated AI and calculation tools—helps thousands of sustainability teams work faster and reduce emissions across corporate and product carbon footprints.
Our team is united by fighting climate change. We value both speed and quality because the crisis demands we move fast without cutting corners. That requires trust, clear communication, and everyone delivering excellent work.
Our HQ is in Berlin, and we have a remote-friendly team across Europe. We are supported by world-renowned investors including Alstin Capital, Singular, Cherry Ventures and more, and we’re a certified B Corp.
Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you’ll be joining a team of experienced engineers, scientists, and GTM professionals building high-impact features for some of the largest organizations around the world.
You will lead product development of our Data and API solutions and manage roadmap + delivery to drive growth and customer adoption. Both Data and API are foundational to Climatiq’s product portfolio, which includes our AI solutions, Data Studio and PCF solutions.
You’ll report to the CEO and partner with the CTO and product and engineering leads to bridge product and technology, working alongside a cross-functional team of data engineers, climate scientists, and carbon accounting experts to drive innovation and execution. This role goes beyond feature builds. Your work will empower thousands of enterprises to measure, report, and act on emissions effortlessly.
If you're passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to accelerate climate action, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Data and API solutions, in close collaboration with founders, engineering, and commercial teams
Lead strategic product initiatives from concept to launch—identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and defining success metrics
Partner with LCA and carbon accounting experts on methodology development and data quality to ensure emission calculations remain accurate, compliant, and trusted
Build relationships with customers and strategic platform partners to gather feedback and validate product ideas, using those insights to inform prioritization and iteration
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in a PM role in B2B SaaS/PaaS with a high level of ownership, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with managing API products and data integration tools is a major plus
Proven track record of shipping innovative software products from concept and discovery through launch and iteration
Strong product sense and technical skills, with the ability to understand complex data-focused products and to work closely with engineering teams
Demonstrated user/customer empathy in working with B2B customers, including communicating roadmaps and supporting pre- and post-sales work where necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and make effective decisions with incomplete information
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Strong curiosity for all things tech and genuine interest in the climate tech sector, sustainability, and a carbon-neutral economy
Additional Information
Location: Berlin
Starting date: As soon as possible
Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits, including employee stock options, learning and development stipend, regular team offsites, and more
