• You will combine product expertise with consulting skills to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• The position focuses on translating business objectives into effective system configurations, business rules, and validated workflows.
• You will configure and test solutions, analyze results, and produce operational reports that demonstrate whether expected outcomes have been achieved.
• The role requires a strong understanding of auto casualty claims, medical bill review processes, and the workflows used by claims professionals.
• You will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and delivering clear, timely communication.
• This is a full-time remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
