Senior Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager based in Canada.

• This is a senior program management role responsible for driving complex, cross-functional software initiatives from planning through release.
• You’ll work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, platform, and operations leaders to turn ambiguous challenges into clear execution plans.
• The role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on operational rigor across dependencies, risks, governance, and delivery metrics.
• You’ll also help shape PMO standards and improve how programs are managed across the wider organization.
• A major focus is AI fluency, including designing reusable workflows that automate coordination, reporting, data analysis, and other high-frequency program activities.
• You’ll serve as a senior voice and mentor within the PMO, helping other program and technical program managers adopt stronger practices and AI-enabled workflows.
