This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.
- Key job responsibilities
- - Develop and nurture relationships with partners to enhance their success on Amazon
- - Guide partners in optimising their use of Amazon tools and services including advertising
- - Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- - Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute advertising plans for different types of businesses
- - Drive adoption and optimisation of Sponsored Ads solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to maximise partners' advertising ROI and campaign performance
- A day in the life
- Your role will involve building relationships with key partners, analysing market trends, and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in strategic planning sessions, and help partners optimise their presence on Amazon's platform.

Basic qualifications
- - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred qualifications
- - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
