Role Overview:

Ensures the implementation of DEX initiatives in multiple engagements to deliver expected benefits.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• •Manages day to day issues arising across engagement in the centre
• •Builds and maintains strong working relationship with DEX team members and Customer engagement.
• •Conduct CI training depending on the skill set
• •Support/Drive CI projects across the engagements
• •Drives One centre level initiative
• •Responsibilities Technical
• •Understand business requirements and drives Technical development
• •Builds and maintains strong working relationship with middle management
• •Implement technical best practices within the engagement

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional

• •GB/BB Trained/Certified, Analytical knowledge,
• •English knowledge Proficiency
• •Experience in implementation of Lean/Six sigma

Tools:

• •Std DMAIC as per ASQ and Minitab proficiency
• •Std Lean tools described by Toyota
• •Kaizen
• •Proficiency in MS Office
