Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle project management for high-visibility, multi-year enterprise network and systems development efforts, from requirements gathering and validation through operational test, acceptance, and sustainment.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress, managing risk, and documenting dependencies across enterprise goals.

Extract, consolidate, and analyze technical, programmatic, and financial data to track the status of current and forthcoming projects.

Develop cost estimate assessments and level-of-effort estimates in coordination with engineering, security, and production teams.

Facilitate and document technical interchange meetings, working groups, production reviews, and in-process/design reviews; track action items and cost/schedule/performance impacts.

Support production configuration control, change management (RFC) validation, and baseline management.

Salary: 145k+ to align with education and experience.
