Senior Quality Professional

• This is a full-time remote opportunity focused on strengthening quality assurance and operational excellence within a real estate appraisal environment.
• The role oversees appraisal production across a defined territory, from appraiser onboarding and order assignment through quality review and client delivery.
• You will help ensure appraisal products consistently meet regulatory, industry, lender, and client requirements.
• The position combines quality oversight, vendor management, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and customer engagement.
• You will identify quality gaps, develop improvement recommendations, and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Success requires strong analytical judgment, detailed knowledge of appraisal standards, and the ability to influence appraisers, colleagues, and cross-functional partners.
