Job Description Summary

The position is responsible in assisting the Business Line Head in the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities for the Research, Consulting & Advisory Services (RCAS) of the company.

About the Role:

• •To assist in managing the Analyst/s in gathering, processing and analyzing real estate market information to ensure the timely update of the relevant Philippine real estate market data and property information consisting of C&W property databases;
• •To assist in finalization and distribution of C&W’s regular Philippine property market studies, briefings, publications, presentations, press releases, commentaries and analyses, among others;
• •To assist in managing the preparation of commissioned market research, consulting & advisory reports and related technical/financial proposals of projects of interests and within the scope of services offered by C&W and to the needs of its clients;
• •To assist in the business development initiatives and actions of RCAS in the Philippines, as well as provide support to the various requirements of C&W global and regional offices;
• •To assist in managing the interpreting data and writing relevant quarterly market reports, related (draft) press releases, as well as the various thought-leading publications, whitepapers and special reports of C&W;
• •Provide assistance in other areas and perform other tasks that the management may assign to carry out the main responsibilities of the RCAS department of C&W Philippines.

About You:

• •Economics graduate with strong analytical and research skills, capable of interpreting market data, economic trends, and industry insights.
• •Proficient in data gathering, analysis, and report preparation, with the ability to transform complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
• •Detail-oriented and highly organized, with experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and data-driven projects.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to contribute to market reports, presentations, publications, and client-facing materials.
• •Eager to build a career in real estate research, consulting, and advisory services, with a keen interest in market intelligence, business development, and strategic analysis.
