Senior Research Scientist

Job Description​

Design and implement studies, serve as Principal Investigator or co investigator. Collect and analyze data or lead others in research process. Report findings. Write articles and research reports in nursing or medical professional journals or other publications. Present findings at conferences, meetings, and other professional speaking engagements. Serve as expert resource on outcomes and research related topics both within and outside the institution. Educate peers in academic or clinical settings. Serve as mentor preceptor coach to junior researchers. Serve on regional, national or international committees and planning groups. Influence strategies to address institutional research issues. Provide innovative strategies for complex quality of care and research methodologies. Partner with other organizational researchers for problem solving and strategic planning. Ensure that rigorous research standards are applied.
