• This senior-level role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle systems and strengthening compliant charge capture across complex healthcare environments.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Revenue Guardian and related hospital billing functionality.
• The position combines systems analysis, application configuration, data analytics, troubleshooting, and revenue integrity.
• You will identify missed or incorrect charges, investigate root causes, and implement controls that reduce revenue leakage and billing risk.
• The role involves close collaboration with clinical, financial, coding, compliance, informatics, and technology teams.
• You will also mentor analysts, support system enhancements, and contribute to projects that improve revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency.
• This is a remote, Monday-to-Friday opportunity requiring strong technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and independent problem-solving skills.
