Senior Sales Manager, Public Sector Sales - ShareFile

• This role leads a Public Sector inside sales team focused on State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) customers across the United States.
• You’ll be responsible for sales execution, pipeline generation, forecasting, revenue growth, and expansion across an established customer base.
• The position combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic account development and a strong understanding of public-sector procurement environments.
• You’ll coach Account Executives through complex buying cycles involving procurement, security, legal, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, channel, customer success, sales engineering, security, and other cross-functional teams.
• The role also provides an opportunity to shape longer-term public-sector go-to-market strategy by identifying market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• This is a remote leadership position, with preference for candidates working in the Eastern or Central time zones.
