Senior Scientist

Primary Responsibilities

• •Lead formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization.
• •Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions.
• •Develop and optimize adhesive formulations for targeted performance requirements.
• •Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges.
• •Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams.
• •Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners.
• •Document results through reports, specifications, and technical presentations.
• •Support innovation, intellectual property, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
• •Relevant industrial experience in product development, formulation, or applied research.
• •Demonstrated experience designing experiments and interpreting technical data.
• •Ability to communicate technical findings to scientific and nontechnical audiences.
• •Authorization to work in the applicable country without restriction, where required.

Preferred Requirements

• •Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• •Experience developing adhesives, polymers, coatings, or related materials.
• •Experience leading technical projects through commercialization.
• •Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is 105,000-135,000.
