Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

• As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in guiding ServiceNow projects from requirements through successful delivery.
• You will work closely with client stakeholders and virtual project teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• The role combines business analysis, process improvement, relationship management, and change management.
• You will support workshops, demonstrations, testing, documentation, and iterative project delivery.
• Working across both Agile and traditional methodologies, you will help streamline processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• You will also promote ServiceNow best practices and maintain a strong understanding of each client's business and implemented solutions.
• This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel and opportunities to grow through training and certifications.
