• As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer - AI Platform, you will help build the foundational technology enabling large-scale adoption of AI and hyper-automation.
• You will design platform architectures from scratch, establish technical guardrails, and create secure, scalable systems that empower teams to innovate independently.
• The role combines SRE, software engineering, infrastructure, distributed systems, and applied AI in a highly strategic and early-stage environment.
• You will tackle complex platform challenges involving reliability, performance, observability, security, and cost management.
• Your work will directly influence how AI-powered solutions and automated workflows are developed, deployed, and operated across the organization.
• You will have significant autonomy to rethink existing approaches, solve new technical problems, and establish engineering practices for a growing platform.
• The position follows a remote-first model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil, with access to offices or coworking spaces when preferred.
