We are seeking a S enior Site Reliability Engineer with proven expertise in Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and automation to join one of our critical engineering teams. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across complex distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize high-availability, large-scale Cassandra and Elasticsearch clusters in production.
Automate infrastructure tasks, CI/CD pipelines, and operational workflows to reduce manual intervention and increase system resilience.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement SRE best practices around monitoring, observability, and incident response.
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement preventive measures across the stack.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Cassandra and Elasticsearch in production-grade environments.
Proficiency in automation scripting using tools like Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and modern deployment frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Comfortable working in English-speaking environments (B2 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Knowledge of distributed systems design and resiliency patterns.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex cloud-native environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
