• As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll build full-stack systems that help transform primary care and improve patient outcomes.
• You’ll work closely with clinicians, operators, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn complex healthcare challenges into practical technology.
• The role offers significant ownership, from understanding the underlying problem through technical design, implementation, and measuring results.
• You’ll contribute to AI-enabled products and help shape how AI and agent-based systems are incorporated into everyday software development.
• You’ll work across complex and distributed systems while balancing scalability, reliability, quality, and speed of iteration.
• This is a collaborative, remote-first environment where engineers are expected to engage directly with users and influence both product and technical direction.
