(Senior) Software Developer Frontend / React (m/w/d)

Your mission

• •You develop features and improvements across the full stack of our SaaS application – both on the backend (Django / Django REST Framework, FastAPI) and the frontend (React / TypeScript) – consistently leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to deliver faster and more efficiently.
• •As an experienced software developer, you collaborate closely with both development teams and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (product management, UX, sales, etc.).
• •You actively help drive our AI First Development Culture: you explore new tools, share best practices within the team, and help integrate AI meaningfully into our daily workflows.
• •You support the technical documentation of the product.
• •You conduct AI-assisted code reviews, help apply AI tools in day-to-day development, and support ticket distribution and steering of the development process.

• Your profile
• •A completed degree in computer science or a related IT-focused field, or a completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker/-in Anwendungsentwicklung).
• •At least 3 years of relevant full-time professional experience – ideally in roles where you worked across both backend and frontend.
• •Experience with Python and backend development using Django / Django REST Framework; experience with FastAPI is a plus.
• •You are confident in designing and developing REST APIs, as well as working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and ORM-based data modeling.
• •You have hands-on experience with React and building single-page applications; you are confident working with JavaScript / TypeScript and the ES6 standard library. Experience with frontend frameworks such as Ant Design or Material UI is a plus.
• •You work routinely with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable) and know how to critically assess their output and integrate it sensibly into existing workflows.
• •You're eager to help shape our AI First culture – you try out new tools, share your experiences, and help the team work smarter.
• •Beyond home office, you also value exchanging ideas with colleagues and the sense of team spirit on site.
