Senior Software Engineer

• This is a senior full-stack engineering role focused on building products that help local businesses turn customer conversations into measurable business outcomes.
• You’ll own features end-to-end, from early product discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
• The role combines backend engineering, database design, frontend development, architecture, and product thinking.
• You’ll work closely with Product and Design while helping maintain reliable systems that serve thousands of businesses.
• A strong emphasis is placed on practical execution, ownership, experimentation, and shipping meaningful solutions rather than following rigid processes.
• You’ll also contribute to engineering quality by reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and helping teammates develop their skills.
